Below is the most up to date schedule for Rosie's Boot Camp. Most classes are now being held indoors at St. Luke's Human Performance Center, 501 Cetronia Rd. Allentown Pa.
St. Luke's has state of the art equipment that is maintained regluarly. We will use TRX, Free Weights, Machinges, Battle Ropes, Kettle Bells, Slam Balls, Sleds, Box Jumps, Rowers, Bikes, Jacobs Ladder and anything else I come up with to give you the best workout your body deserves.
Class will be $12 drop in for adults and $10 for teens and college students. Punch Cards are available for purchase...12 classes for $120.

Boot Camp: is an interval training class that will include jumping, running, crawling, squatting, pushing, stretching, twisting and much more. Please note that this is an intense class but the instructor will show modifications and start at an appropriate level for participants. 1 hour
***All Classes are subjected to changed. I base all workouts on the number of people who are signed up for class. If you are signed up you are expected to show up.
