Maple Street 2019

Thank you for supporting this annual event sponsored by CBJ!  We will serve dinner for 80 residents of Maple Street Shelter.  Please sign up below to bring food and supplies and to help at the event. 

Prepared foods are welcome-- no need to cook!  And if you aren't going to be in town to help please consider writing a check to CBJ with a note directing the funds to the Maple Street Dinner and we will use the funds to buy food.

Each dish should feed 10-12 individuals.  Please bring your food in disposable containers with disposable serving pieces.

FOOD DROP OFF:  All of the food should arrive no later than 4:30pm on Tuesday 12/24 as dinner will be SERVED at 5:00. If you need to drop your food off earlier you may arrive after 12 noon to deliver items to the kitchen, or bring non-perishable items to CBJ on Monday 12/23 before noon.

SET UP CREW:  Please arrive by 4:00pm.

DINNER CREW:  Please arrive a little before 5:00pm and be prepared to stay through cleanup. Please note that children should be age 12 and up for Maple Street per shelter guidelines.
