ACTIVE HEROES VOLUNTEER INSTRUCTIONS - MUST be over 18
Through a partnership with Andy Frain Services they will donate $10 to Active Heroes for every hour you volunteer with them. This is a huge help to us and a great volunteer opportunity!

IMPORTANT INFO

DRESS ATTIRE for YUM Center evens is as follows:

1. Clean Neatly Ironed White Button-down Dress Shirt for all basketball games. (For concerts you can wear a black or white T-shirt.)

2. You will be supplied with a black tie and a red Blazer to wear with your dress shirt.

3. All Black Shoes, Belts, Socks. There cannot be any logos on your clothing items that are visible.

4. Black pants (either Dickies material or dress slacks and a black belt if you have belt loops)

5. The Yum Center is a cashless facility. You must use a debit card or credit card to purchase food. There is one food stand that gives a 40% food discount. You can use cash in the employee vending machine.

6. If you bring a backpack, food, or any other personal items YOU MUST BRING A LOCK FOR YOUR LOCKER IF YOU WISH FOR IT TO BE LOCKED to store your personal belongings. Breaks: You CAN NOT take Food or Drink with you to your post. You will be given a 15-minute break during your shift, that 15-minute break must be spent in the break room. Your supervisor will tell you where the break room is depending on your work location.

7. Please put on a face mask to enter the bldg. IT MUST BE ALL BLACK OR A GENERIC HOSPITAL MASK.

PARKING is available at the PARC garage for all events at 100 East Main Street. Tell them youre with Any Frain services. The cost is $5. Enter the building from the 2nd street side. Inside of the parking garage where the glass windows are located. Push the buzzer on the door for security to let you into the bldg. If asked, tell them you are working with Andy Frain Services.
