Until the River Never Grieves, is a celebratory “choreopoem,” a theatrical piece containing music, poetry and dance. “Until the River Grieves is my joyous response in researching the life and creative work of Aimé Césaire” said Bob Devin Jones. The performance features three actors, Kingslay Solomon cast as Aimé #1, Edward Leonard cast as Aimé #2 and Carlos del Orbe cast as Aimé #3. They will be accompanied by three musicians vocals, jambe, and up right bass.
Volunteers will be needed for front of house duties which could include checking reservations or managing the hospitality/beverages table.
Masks are welcomed to be worn.
