PLEASE READ:
UPDATE: Hey, everyone. John here. As much as I'd love to serve everyone beer Tuesday, this event is getting too big for us to do that responsibly and socially distance. We'll have snacks and water, and folks can use Bier Station for the bathroom or to buy to-go beer. Hope you understand!
Bier Station Will be hosting another COVID-19 vaccination event 5-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 6. PLEASE READ this carefully before signing up:
-- This is part of a federal program and is open to everyone. The goal for now is basically "shots in arms." FYI, age limits are 16 years of age for the Pfizer vaccine and 18 for the Moderna vaccine.
-- IMPORTANT: Especially if you sign up for any Pfizer/first-time dosage: PLEASE SHOW UP OR CANCEL YOUR SLOT ON THE SIGN UP IF YOU HAVE TO. PFIZER DOSES WON'T LAST AFTER TAKEN OUT OF THE FREEZER.
-- All Administrators will be fully qualified. So, this will be very similar to getting a shot at your pharmacy or Hy-Vee, for instance.
-- There will be no charge for anyone. If you have insurance, please note your insrance will be charged.
-- IMPORTANT: We will have much more Pfizer vaccine than Moderna. So, we are reserving all Moderna doses for those needing a second Moderna vaccination.
-- If you find these allotted sign up fill up, please be sure to sign up for alerts. it's very possible we will have additional Pfizer vaccines for the event.
-- This will be rain or shine, assuming there are no thunderstorms/lightning. There is possible rain in the forecast. We will put up tents if need be as long as people can socially distance.
