To all parent volunteers: We appreciate your signing up to contribute to the faculty/staff lunch this Wednesday. However, due to the winter storm and missed school days this week, the PTO has consulted with school administration and has decided to postpone the lunch to February.
If you have already purchased gift cards, you can contact [email protected] to arrange to have the PTO hold them until the rescheduled event, or you can hold onto them and turn them in later.
We apologize to anyone who has already prepared or purchased food items for the lunch, and we hope you will be able to sign up again in February.
Also, most likely due to weather preparations, we had a lower than expected parent participation rate in this event. We are so appreciative of your willingness to step forward, and we hope you will sign up again and encourage others to sign up when we announce the rescheduled event.

Thank you for contributing to our annual AHS/SILSA Faculty and Staff Holiday Luncheon!
We are having some of the main dishes catered again this year, but we need to supplement with vegetarian and salad options to add more variety. We also need help with set-up, serving, and clean-up. Faculty and staff especially appreciate gift cards too!
Please select a volunteer opportunity below, and for food and gift cards, please write a description in the comment column (this will allow us to avoid duplication). If possible, for food donations, please bring enough of your dish to serve 6-8 people.
Food and gift cards may be dropped off Wednesday morning (December 12th) either at car line from 8-8:30 or IN THE HALLWAY OUTSIDE THE SILSA FIRST FLOOR OFFICE at the school anytime between 8 and 11 am. Lunch will be served from 11:30 am to 2 pm.
