At about 7:45 a.m.:Brew 3 carafes of coffee (use 3 cups of coffee per carafe). Arrange them on the tables in the narthex with 1 hot water carafe and 3 cream pitchers, cups, lids, stir sticks, mini trash cans, sweeteners, and tea box. Put 1/2 a bag of ice and water into water dispensers and put on the tables.
For the 11:00 Service Slot: Around 10:45 brew 1 full carafe of coffee, using 3 cups of grounds. Empty trash can. Refill hot/cold water and other supplies as needed. At least 15 minutes after service is finished: clear tables, rinse out carafes & wash creamer pitchers and lids in hot soapy water. Place everything back in the tall storage cupboard as labled. Clean up may be done anytime before the 6:00 pm worship service.
