WHEN SIGNING UP FOR A GAME, PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CHILD AS AN ADULT! THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE FOR EACH GAME IS BASED ON ADULTS. IF YOU INCLUDE YOUR CHILD AS AN ADULT, THAT IS ONE LESS ADULT THAT CAN TAKE MONEY. PLEASE, IF YOU ARE WORKING WITH A CHILD JUST LIST THEM IN THE COMMENT SECTION AND ANSWER THE CHILDREN ASSISTING QUESTION.

This is the official sign-up for the 2022 St. Bartholomew's Church and Academy and Unico's Labor Day Weekend Italian Festival. This sign-up is for Adults 18 Years Old or older to work the Games Only! There is a section on the sign-up that allows you to include the number of children that you will have with you when you sign up to work. The game you sign up for is the game that you will be working. If you want a reminder that you signed up for the feast, be sure to include your email address and if you want a text message as well, include your cell phone number.
You must be 18 years of age or older to handle the money for Games of Chance

Report to the Volunteer Booth where you will sign-in and be directed to the game you signed up for.
