Bay Life Car Show

Bay Life's Car and Craft show will be held on May 28, 2022. All proceeds from this event benefit Bay Life Missions. As a mission trip participant, you are invited to volunteer at this event and, in turn, raise funds for your trip.
Each mission trip participant is allowed to sign himself/herself up along with two people per shift (helpers should be 13 years of age or older)- that means 3 volunteers total, including the participant. We offer three shifts: 7:00am-12:15pm, 11:45am-5:00pm, and an extra clean up team 2:00-5:00pm. Sign in and sign out sheets will be located at the Information Tent. If you do not sign in/sign out, then we will not be able to put money toward your mission trip.
Duties at the Car Show can including anything from concessions to bathroom cleanup, parking to 50/50 fundraising ticket sales. We live in Florida and chances are that you will be outside for your shift, so you are advised to wear light, appropriate clothing, bring a water bottle with you, wear sunscreen, and maybe have an umbrella on stand-by just in case!
All 2nd shift volunteers will stay till the entire Car Show is cleaned up. If you finish your area, look for another place to help. Many hands make light work, and quick cleanup! Volunteer hours will not be certified until you check out with your leader!
