His research interest is plant-insect interactions and the faunistics and systematics of the Lepidoptera. He is the current President of the Southern Lepidopterist Society.

CMNA is excited that Dr. Brian Scholtens has agreed to provide a "Lecture and Walk" on a damselflies, dragonflies and anything else we can see! He has provided us lectures and activities in the past and it is a great pleasure to have him join us again. Please join us at Caw Caw Interpretive Center on Sunday November 4, 2018 from 1:00-4:00 pm.

There will be a short lecture in the class room and then a walk around the area to find our elusive quarry.
