First English Movie Night - March 24th - Quo Vadis

First English will be hosting monthly movie nights on Fridays in the church library from 7-10 PM using the 100" screen. We're asking for a $1 donation per person to defray the cost of copyright license. People will be asked to bring light food to share.

For this month, we'll be watching Quo Vadis, a 1951 epic film, nominated for eight Academy Awards, including Best Picture; there's love, lions and Emperor Nero sings as Rome burns (after he lit it on fire). It's everything you'd expect from an epic 1950's Hollywood movie (including stereotypes...).
