St. Anne's Episcopal Church
We are excited to worship together in our Saint Anne's outdoor space. Please read all of the information below before signing up to attend the service.
-We will be following the COVID-19 guidelines established by the diocese.
-Our worship is limited to 50 people, including those leading the service.
-The service will include the Holy Eucharist without music or singing.
-Communion will be the bread only! The Priest or Deacon will bring communion to you in your pod.
A wafer will be in a small sealed plastic ziplock bag. You will feed yourself. We ask that you please dispose of the plastic bag at home.
-Attendees should arrive 15 mintues before the service.
-Masks are mandatory for everyone.
-Attendees will have their temperatures taken.
-Include the number of people attending with you if appropriate. You will be assigned to an area with social distance from the individual/families around you.
-All names will be recorded at check in for contact tracing purposes in the event someone tests positive for COVID-19 after attending the service.
-Park in upper lots near Moores Mill or in the lower lot near the Day School playground.
-Please bring a chair to use. You will be assigned a seating area in the parking lot facing the steps and front door of the sanctuary. If you need help getting your chair from your car to your seating area, please see an usher for assistance.
-You will need to remain in your seating area until you are ready to depart. Children will remain in the area assigned to their family.
-If you cannot attend, please cancel your sign up so that someone else can use it!
-You will be notified at the email provided if the service is cancelled (weather/other circumstances) at least 45 minutes before the scheduled service.
