CHEC Longview

Service Sign Up for May 2019 - May 2020

CHEC Longview operates in the spirit of a community, in which each member-family selects a service to complete during the year.  This is how we are able to offer such a wonderful variety of activities and opportunities.

Please review the list of services available and sign-up for a service that interests you. Please only select (1) service initially but know that there are several activities (Book Sale, Field Day, Graduation) that we will need extra help on, so you are always welcome to join in and help on specific activities when that invitation is posted.

Please also note...all CHEC events are CHEC members ONLY unless specifically specified on the activity.  Please check the calendar before scheduling events!!!

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances occur during the year so if at anytime you are unable to fulfill your service please contact the CHEC Board Service Director to allow time to fill your position or make adjustments.

The CHEC Services Director will periodically send out service reminders as a courtesy to members. It's your responsibility to remember to fulfill your annual service.  So please mark your calendar now, so you don't forget. Just in case!

Thank you!!!
