Sweat and Stretch HOPEsudbury Fundraiser
Come sweat it out for a great cause! Shake off those back to school blues with a morning dedicated to you.
First, sweat and smile as Jill Sorrentino leads you through a 30 minute body weight interval workout that will have you finding muscles you didn’t know existed. Secondly, slow down as you breath, stretch, and ground yourself through a calming restorative yoga lead by Loren Winters.
Cost: $25 (*50% of proceeds will be donated to HOPEsudbury)
Max of 45 participants to ensure six feet social distancing.
