Boys & Girls Club of Dane County

2022 Hearts for Helping Volunteer Registration

On Friday, May 20, 2022, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Dane County will host its annual Hearts for Helping. This elegant evening of food, fun, and music will be held at the Madison Concourse Hotel with proceeds going to support more than 7,500 local kids in the community.

Volunteer your time to help support this event! There are plenty of fun and engaging volunteer positions open.

IMPORTANT VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

All volunteers will meet at the Madison Concourse Hotel for their shift. Please head up the lobby stairs and check in by registration.

All volunteers need to be either vaccinated or show us a recent Covid test.

All volunteers will be required to wear masks if they have event volunteer times.

All volunteers can sign up for multiple volunteer roles if the times don't overlap.
