This "schedule" will capture Kiwanis service hours for activities which do not have an associated SignUpGenius schedule. At the end of each month, please make one entry for each such service project you supported during the month. The service projects to be reported here are KI Club Advisors, Coat & Toy Drives, Backpack Distributions, Priority One Collections, Diakonia support other than food pickup, and any other Kiwanis service projects that do not have a SignUpGenius schedule (the hours for activities which have a SignUpGenius schedule are already being captured from the schedules). At this time we are not capturing time spent on administrative activities (picking up donuts, scheduling speakers, attending meetings, etc.). This information, along with data extracted from the other SignUpGenius schedules, will be used by Club Secretary Carolyn Dryzga in preparing the monthly reports to Kiwanis International and will also provide useful information to the Club President and Board of Directors.
Please read the instructions below as they are somewhat different than the other schedules. The first SignUpGenius screen is the familiar one where you select the slot for the appropriate month and chose "Submit and Sign Up". On the next screen you will enter the following fields: (1) the SERVICE PROJECT NAME (required), (2) your name (required) and, optionally, your email, and (3) TOTAL HOURS FOR MONTH is the total number of hours you worked during the month on this activity (required - you may need to scroll down to get this field). You will get an error message if you don't enter all three required fields. The remainder of the process is the same as the regular schedules.
