Coping with COVID - Mental Health during a pandemic

As the Coronavirus pandemic continues, our well being can be impacted daily.  How do we take care of our own mental health during this time?  How do we support the mental health of our loved ones: children, parents, grandparents, friends? What signs might indicate a mental health issue for someone we care about?  How will the pandemic affect the upcoming holidays?  How can we celebrate meaningfully?  Join us as we discuss these question and more with a panel of mental health experts from the Maria Droste Counseling Center here in Denver.  A Q&A will follow the presentation.
