Arete Charter Academy 2021-2022
Our last days of the Arete Resource Center with lessons will be Wednesday, May 25 and Thursday, May 26 Tuesday, May 31 and Wednesday, June 1. The last day of school for the Blended Middle School will be Thursday, June 2. (Students will work at home until June 10). On May 31 (TK-3) and June 1 (4-8th) we will be having Fun Field Days. We will also be having a 5th grade picnic on June 1 from 12-12:45 (5th grade families are invited to bring their own picnic lunch and an ice cream topping to share then we will have an ice cream sundae bar). Students are invited to wear summer clothes and sandals and bring a towel. (There is water involved on this fun day)!
Here is the schedule of events for kiddos on Tuesday:
9am Classroom check in
9:05-9:50 BRHS Starlite Express Visits at stage
10:00-11:15- Classes visit stations in a rotation for Fun Field Day
11:15-11:45- Snack and students visit any stations they want for Field Day Fun or free play on playground
11:45-12: Final wrap up of the year and goodbye.

Here is the schedule of events for parents volunteering for Tuesday and/or Wednesday
9:30-10:00- Arrive to check in at the office, head to the playground and get directions and set up your station
10:00-11:15 Run Field Day station
11:15-11:45- Continue Running Field Day Stations for Free Choice Time
11:45-12: Clean Up Field Day
5th Grade Only- (June 1)
12-12:45: Parent and student picnic (bring your won lunch), free play time, and ice cream sundae bar.
ALL students are invited to these fun events whether they attend the Resource Center or not. If your child does not normally attend Resource and wants to come that day, please let me know! We are hoping lots of families will sign up to run a station to make this event at Arete a blast!
