The safety of everyone at CBI remains paramount. Please respect the desire of others to continue social distancing.
CBI has taken steps to mitigate risks associated with COVID-19 that meet or exceed government recommendations. Please review the following regarding attending services in-person during the pandemic.
Everyone at CBI over 2 years old shall wear a mask over their nose and mouth while indoors. This applies at all times regardless of vaccination status, except for those on the Bimah while they are leading services.
Social distancing is strongly encouraged. Cohabitating groups may stay together.
By registering to attend, you attest to the following for yourself and your cohabitating group:
I, or those in my cohabiting group, will NOT attend this service if we:
- Feel sick (including fever over 100.4F, coughing, difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell, etc...)
- Have tested positive for COVID-19 within 10 days prior to the service.
- Are isolating on the day of the service due to being a Close Contact with someone who has COVID-19.
On behalf of myself and my children, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Congregation B’nai Israel, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to my participation, or that of my cohabiting group, in CBI’s programs, services or activities. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of this organization, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any such program, service, or activity.
Lastly, I, and those in my cohabitating group, will abide by all CBI rules and instructions from staff, clergy, greeters, ushers, and security. Date:
