Football Game Day Program / Business Sponsorship - Lead (2)

Volunteer will be the lead for the 2022 Program - responsible for coordinating team, budget, execution and delivery.

Football Game Day Program / Business Sponsorship - Sales/Coordination (4)

Individual will help with the selling effort behind the Game Day Program book - contact designated list of businesses, etc. Estimated time: May-June selling, July finalized

Football Game Day Program - Proof Reader (3)

Person with great attention to detail to help proof read our program for player names, coaches, phone numbers, business ads, etc. Estimated time: 4-6 hours

Website Update Coordinator

Periodically check the Jefferson Football website to make note of any updates, additions, deletions that need to be made. Coordinate with the QB Club board.

Spirit Wear (2)

Work with a spiritwear vendor to offer spiritwear for families. (Player spiritwear order coordinated by team captains.)

Dining for Dollars Coordinator

Plan monthly opportunities at different locations in which proceeds from total sales will go back to the football program.

Volunteer Coordinator

Update and maintain SignUpGenius forms, send confirmation / clarification emails to volunteers who sign up

Parent Social Event - TBD (6)

Help coordinate the parent social.

Watermelon Feed - During 2-a-days - August 19th @ 3 pm (2)

Assist with purchasing and serving watermelon slices in the middle of a 2-a-day practice.

Post-Scrimmage BBQ &Refreshments - August 26th (4) - Freshman (4)

Assist with serving at a BBQ after the Scrimmage (Penn Lake Roast beef sandwiches) . Assist with purchasing Provolone cheese, chips, cookies, waters or Gatorade), set up, hand out, and take down of event.

Post-Scrimmage BBQ &Refreshments Date August 27th (10th-12th Grade) (4)

Assist with serving at a BBQ after the Scrimmage (Penn Lake Roast beef sandwiches) . Assist with purchasing Provolone cheese, chips, cookies, waters or Gatorade), set up, hand out, and take down of event.

Freshman Pool/Beach Party (2)

Host a pool party at your home - OR - at Bush Lake Beach for the Freshman players

10th Grade Pool/Beach Party (2)

Host a pool party at your home - OR - at Bush Lake Beach for the B-Squad players

11th & 12th Pool/Beach Party (2)

Host varsity players for a pool party at your home - OR - at Bush Lake Beach after a 2-a-day practice

Mother/Son Brunch (September 25 ) (8)

Coordinate this event, invites, location, date, content. ( At Minnesota Valley Country Club ) @ 10am- 12pm *Note: This event is attended by juniors and seniors. However, parents of younger players can help plan and coordinate.

Coordinate team dinners with local restaurants for special pricing and reservations for night before 2 games during the season and ensure that 1 adult is there to supervise each dinner

Prepare signage / collection buckets, coordinate with JHS cheerleaders, assist with collection during the game

Game Day Event - Wounded Warrior September 23rd (8)

FRESHMAN Parents - Coordinate with Coach Carlson, prepare collection buckets and announcements, assist with collection during the game

Game Day Event - Senior Night- September 9th (2)

SOPHOMORE or JUNIOR Parents - Sending out invite/info to senior parents, coordination of pre-game reception for parents of seniors and recognition of senior players and managers, reserve seating in stands for families
