Huron-Clinton Metroparks

2019 Natural Resource volunteer opportunities

Volunteers are needed to help with our Natural Resoucres work throughout the Metroparks. Volunteers will help remove invasive species along the trails and in natural areas-  pulling garlic mustard in the spring and early summer, and cutting back autumn olive in the summer and fall.

Volunteers are asked to wear close toed shoes, long pants, and dress for the weather and for working outdoors in unpaved areas of the park.  Volunteers are also asked to bring their own lunch and a reusable water bottled- a jug of water will be on-site.
