We look forward to seeing you at the “Montessori at Home with Younger Children” Hour led by 0-6 Director Amanda Donigan Gibbs. During this hour, we’ll discuss Montessori principles that can be applied at home, view video examples of 20-month-old Edison, and take a quick peek at our environments for toddlers through kindergarten.
There is free parking surrounding the building (1516 NW Thurman St.) but no parking lot. The front door is locked, so please press the buzzer so we may assist you.
We will not have activities prepared for children, so if they attend with you, please plan to escape to the indoor playroom if there's a need to be vocal or active.
Attending a Montessori Hour is an important component of your enrollment process and will help you know if Montessori education would be a good fit for your family. Some priority is given to families who have attended one or more of the Hours. We offer four different topics so that you can gather a deeper level of information about our approach to education at Childpeace.
