Expo Hospitality Greeters*

Greeters welcome guests in, help facilitate crosswalks, and answer guest questions as they enter the 60.5 Move Expo.

Event Headquarters Help

This volunteer will be responsible for greeting guests and answering questions at the event headquarters. Volunteers will also help to direct guests if needed to areas around the course if needed.

Stage Set Up

At this time, volunteers will help set up the stage for the day of the event. You will assist the event organizers setting up various equipment. Some areas will require lifting of equipment and materials such as tables and chairs.

Packet Pick Up

At Packet Pick Up you will provide runners with their bibs and runner’s bags. Packet Pick Up volunteers will also greet the runners with friendly manners, answer race related questions and wish them a good race day.

Fit Fam Zone Monitors

Fit Fam Zone Monitors will be in keeping the fit zone area clean and tidy and ensuring the guests are comfortable and safe while enjoying the Fit Fam Zone.

Athlete Recovery

Avera along with others will be stationed at athlete recovery at the finish line following the conclusion of the race and help with passing out heat blankets, recovery food and medals to runners.

Course Monitors Zone A*

USF Track and Field will be stationed at Course Monitor Zone A.

Course Monitors Zone B*

USF Track and Field will be stationed at Course Monitor Zone B.

Course Monitors Zone C*

Course Monitors are located strategically on the course, in accordance with the route. Course Monitors are to stay on the corner of designation intersection until all runners have passed to ensure all runners and spectators enjoy the race safely.

Course Monitors Zone D*

Course Monitors are located strategically on the course, in accordance with the route. Course Monitors are to stay on the corner of designation intersection until all runners have passed to ensure all runners and spectators enjoy the race safely.

Water Station 1

Augustana Track and Field will be stationed at water station 1.

Water Station 2

Volunteers will be stationed at the water station to assist handing out water throughout the racecourse and cheering on runners as they go by!

Water Station 3

Volunteers will be stationed at the water station to assist handing out water throughout the racecourse and cheering on runners as they go by!

Water Station 4

Volunteers will be stationed at the water station to assist handing out water throughout the racecourse and cheering on runners as they go by!

Water Station 5

TAHS NHS group will be stationed at water station 5.

Water Station 6

Volunteers will be stationed at the water station to assist handing out water throughout the racecourse and cheering on runners as they go by!

Fit Fam Zone Monitors

Fit Fam Zone Monitors will be in keeping the fit zone area clean and tidy and ensuring the guests are comfortable and safe while enjoying the Fit Fam Zone.

Breakfast Burn Half Marathon Tent

Volunteers will assist and direct guests through the breakfast half marathon activity. Volunteers will explain to guests how to participate and check for completion following the completion of the challenge.
