We need your help to make this Memorable for All our Student Athletes!

We are looking for the following Volunteers below and More...

  • Event Set-up
  • Event Clean-up and Take-down
  • Food, Dessert or beverage table management
  • Trophies – Unbox & Set-up; Box & Label
  • Photographer for Awards Ceremony

Event Details
The Banquet will Honor All Athletes that participated in a Sports program.   
Pot-luck dinner to be served.  Awards Ceremony to follow.

Pot Luck Dinner Details

Kindly Drop-Off Dishes to the School Gym between this time on the Day of Banquet

1.   Each family is asked to bring a *Main Dish to serve a Family of 10 (Ten). Store bought or homemade. AND...  

2.  Each family is asked to bring their choice of either a *Salad, Side Dish (pasta, veggies) OR a Dessert.

     *Please bring your own Serving Utensil(s) and extension cord (if needed).

3.  All paper products, cutlery and drinks will be provided by the School.

Allergies: We are requesting that ALL DISHES be Peanut, Tree Nut (including coconuts) and Shellfish Free.

We will begin setting up the tables and chairs on Saturday, June 1st from 9:30am to about 11:30am. The more volunteers, the quicker it will go. We are expecting approximately 300 people. Setup includes table cloths, runners and decorations.

Manage Food Stations (4)

Need 4 Teen/Youth/Confirmation Volunteers that will be responsible for Organizing the food; hot/cold foods, salads, etc. and Separating foods to ensure that foods are easy/ready to be Served; Ensure there are plates, etc.


Manage Drink Station (2)

Need 2 Teen/Youth/Confirmation Volunteers that will be responsible for putting out the drinks, ice and cups. Cup re-use is Encouraged (Have them write their Name on their Cup with the Sharpie)

Once the Banquet is over, Need Volunteers to take down the tables; fold and place chairs on chair rack; throw away table cloths, etc. All trash bags MUST be taken to dumpsters.
