MIDDLE SCHOOL GRANDFRIEND CLUB VISITS THE OSBORN
This is a fun and unique opportunity for your middle schooler to visit with senior citizens at The Osborn Retirement Community. Max 25 students per session -- we offer monthly sessions!
Participants are eligible for community service hours. Please email [email protected] to receive a community service letter after the visit.
The Osborn will provide bus transportation, leaving Rye Middle School at 2:40. We will meet right in front of RMS at 2:35. Parents/caregivers should pick their children up at The Osborn main entrance at 4pm. A reminder will be sent two days before the visit. An online permission slip and photo release form are required for participation. You only have to fill this NEW FORM out once for all visits between January - June 2019. The form can be accessed here: One-time Release Form for 2019 Jan - May RYC Middle School Grandfriend Programs
If your child would like to bring and play their instrument, they are more than welcome to do this. We've had kids play in the past and the senior residents LOVE IT! Questions? Email [email protected]
