GRADE EXAMS

Location: The DoubleTree by Hilton, 300 Army-Navy Drive, Arlington, VA 22202
Registration: Each dancer must sign up here for each grade exam that they wish to take. If you are registring multiple dancers, please sign up each dancer one at a time and complete the registration before registering the next dancer.
Payment: Due to the very short time to finalize the grade exam paperwork, payment must be made at the time of registration.
Application Deadline: Friday, 1 July 2022 for all grades. By the rules of CLRG, the total number of grade examinations that can be offered in a single day is capped at 100. Once we reach that total, no further registrations can be accepted.
Please consult the syllabus attached here, the CLRG website, and your TCRG/ADCRG to be sure that you understand the exam requirements at each level. Dancers must complete the grade exams in order, starting with Grade 1 (the Preliminary grade is optional). A certificate is awarded for each grade passed. You must present your original certificates and documentation as proof of passing previous exams at the time of examination.
A candidate may only attempt three consecutive grades at any one exam.
Dance costumes should not be worn. Please consult with your TCRG/ADCRG on appropriate dress. Dancers must be prepared to report at their assigned times, which could be any time throughout the day. We will send out a schedule as quickly as possible once registration is complete.
