Crusader Royale Volunteers

Please consider helping St. Henry Catholic Schools biggest fundraiser...the Crusader Royale.  There are many volunteer opportunities and it's a great way to meet new people!  We will have a Royale Committee meeting on October 9th at 7:30 after the PTO meeting!  It's because of dedicated volunteers like you, we are able to provide so many great services to our school.  Please consider helping as little or as much as you can!  The start dates are approximate, and the committee chairs will reach out to you soon.  Hope you can join in on the fun!

Royale Socials

New this year! Work on several “gift-gathering” type socials including the first social on 10/12 at Woodburn Brewery! Organize the event with the designated venue, plan appetizers/beverages/specials; consider raffles/giveaways; advertise the events!

Sponsorships

Solicit corporate, community, and family sponsorships for the Royale via mass mailings, online applications, calling on local businesses and possible corporate matching programs. Multi-tiered sponsorship opportunities! Work with Event Chairs to make sure

 
09/10/2018 (Mon.) Silent Auction Committee 

Silent Auction

Work with the Silent Auction Chairs to solicit donations via mass mailings/online forms/word of mouth; plan fun and exciting baskets and items to offer; organize classroom baskets; organize the wine-grab & teacher experiences. Begins to meet in September

Decorations

Work with the Decorations Chair and Event Chairs to plan the theme/decorations for the event; utilize existing decorations as much as possible; abide by venue rules for tape/wall decorations. Mostly starts up in January.

Food and Beverage

Work with Event Chairs to come up with best plan for food/beverages – What can be donated? What should be purchased or ordered? How should it be set up? Mostly starts up in January.

Set UP

Set-Up will take place all day/evening on Friday March 1st; will need to transport all decorations and silent auction items from the SHCS campus to St. Barb’s Sterling Hall

Clean UP

Some clean-up will take place after the Royale is over on 3/2, but the majority will take place the next morning on 3/3 – will need to transport all items back to SHCS and fulfill contract commitments on how to leave Sterling Hall. Much help is needed her
