Field Day Volunteers 2022

Dragonfly Families, join us for a day of fun in the sun! 

Join Dragonfly students, teachers, and staff for a fun-filled day outdoors as we celebrate the end of another fantastic school year! We need volunteers to help with the 2022 Field Day. There will be multiple activities for students to rotate through and popsicles for all to participate in. The more help we have, the better! Multiple sign-ups are welcome!

Volunteer slots will be divided into three shifts. Duties will include assisting students with games or activities, line/crowd management, handing out refreshments, and anything else needed. If you can volunteer for a time slot, please sign up and help us make this the most fun field day ever! Volunteers may visit the DDMES Swag shop and purchase their own Dragonfly Volunteer T-shirt to wear on the day and help support our school spirit! 

(We ask that when you sign up during our child's scheduled time, please note we will need you to work an area and not participate with your student at this event.)

1st/4 |  9:30 - 11 am

PreK, AUPREK | 11 am

K/3 | 11:30 - 1:00 pm

ECS 1-2|  1:00 pm

2nd /5th | 1:30 - 3pm 

Day: Thursday, June 9

Time: 9:30 am-4:00 pm

Morning Shift - 9:30 am - 12 pm 

Afternoon Shift - 11:45 am - 2 pm 

Late Afternoon Shift - 1:45 pm - 4 pm 

Location: DDMES field

Volunteers are needed to staff the following activities and booths:

1. Water slides
2. Bouncy houses
3. Bubble and Tattoo area
4. Popsicle and water area
5. Clean up and other tasks as needed...
