2018 OSU Extension a la carte Food Preservation Classes

Please use this sign-up to select the courses you would like to attend during the 2018 season. Simply click the "Sign Up" box next to as many courses as you would like and then click submit at the bottom of the page. You can register for more than one person at a time by indicating the number of slots after you click submit. We are requesting you provide your name and email so that we can send you a reminder before the class and contact you should any changes or cancellations occur.

All courses cost $20 and the fee is payable by cash or check at the door when you check in for class. Please note, the courses in The Dalles are held on Tuesdays from 1pm-4pm at Zion Lutheran Church and the courses in Hood River are held on Wednesdays from 6pm-9pm at the FISH Food Bank.
