Gahr Marching Gladiators 2018-2019
We are working on week three of donations for band camp. We serve hot lunch everyday made by our awesome booster parents for $5 a day. Your student can also bring their own lunch if preferred. We are asking for donations of items for those lunches. If your student brings in items, for every $5 of value your student brings, they are given a meal ticket.
How does my student donate? Attached to this Signup Genius is a list of items. All items can be bought at Smart & Final. You purchase the item and have your student bring in the item in the morning of the DUE DATE listed on the item. It is VERY IMPORTANT when donating that you go into the list and sign up by clicking on the item and then indicating how many you're donating. This helps us to not overbuy items. It is also important that your student's name is written on the item they're donating. This helps Mr. Ji, our food coordinator, know who brought what so that he can compare to the signup list.
Menu for the week of August 12th:
Monday, Sloppy Joe; Tuesday, Meatball Sandwich; Wednesday, NO LUNCH will be provided; Thursday, Walking Taco; Friday, Hamburger/Cheeseburger. All meals include drink, fruit and cookies or chips.
We also need volunteers to help serve lunch everyday. If it's something you can pop in for an hour, your time is greatly appreciated. Thank you to everyone who has donated. It really helps to keep costs down. We appreciate it very much!!
