Thank you so much for your willingness to help sort and organize community donations at The Road Home's Men's Resource Center. We are so grateful for your support!
This opportunity invites individuals to volunteer at our facility by helping with the donations dropped off at our warehouse. In order to ensure that we keep every volunteer busy for the requested time, groups must have 2 volunteers or less. Volunteers need to be at least 12 years old (with adequate adult supervision). Please wear closed-toed shoes and NO hats when volunteering.
Please note that if warehouse needs are less than normal volunteers are sometimes asked to do other tasks such as organizing the food pantry or light cleaning tasks.
Our Boundary and Confidentiality form is attached, please share with your group prior to volunteering.
***Court-ordered community service hours must be approved with the Volunteer Coordinator prior to signing up/volunteering. Approval may be revoked if you miss 2 shifts without calling/emailing ahead of time.**
Covid 19: For the safety of our guests and volunteers we ask that you do NOT come in if you have experienced cough, fever or shortness of breath within 24 hours of your scheduled shift. Volunteers will be screened for symptoms, including a temperature read upon arrival.
Following the guidelines set in place by the CDC, we are asking volunteers who are 61 years of age or older to Not volunteer at this time. Stay safe, stay home.
