Chili Affair 2022 Event

Hello Chili Affair 2022 Volunteers!

Thank you so much for being willing to help with this amazing event!

All volunteers are expected to go over the orientation document that will be emailed to them the week of the event. This document will detail how your volunteer shift will go. 

Please have everyone in your group bring a water bottle to the event, as water will not be provided.

Parking information (a map is attached for clarification):

  1. City Creek (First 2 hours free, each additional hour $2, validation from some restaurants and stores)
  2. Salt Palace Lot ($3/hour with $20 max)
  3. Street Spots ($2.25/hour)
  4. Public Pay Lot (128 S 300 W)

Event Setup Volunteer

Volunteers will help prepare for the event. Duties will include heavy lifting and lots of movement, please let us know in advance if you are unable to lift up to 30 pounds.

Children's Activities

Ages: 18+. Bounce house supervisors, check in/check out, and helping with other fun activities!

Busers

Ages: 12+. Volunteers will be assigned a quadrant to help guests find their tables. They will also be responsible for busing dirty tables, cleaning trays, and refilling water.Customer service is key!
