Serve Our City 2021

Quadrant 1: Northwest

Thank you for considering joining us for this amazing day of serving our city! We have worked hard to include various organizations and projects to appeal to your unique giftedness! You will note that the tabs at the top of this page give you a way to narrow down your choice of project.

Projects will run at the location listed either from 9:00AM to 11:00AM or 1:00PM to 3:00PM. Each team will serve under a "Team Lead" and you will receive more detailed written instructions 1-2 weeks prior to 11/14.

We encourage you to invite a friend or another family to join you during this Season of Giving!

CHILDCARE: Childcare is available on the St. Andrew's Church Campus (BY RESERVATION ONLY) from 8:30AM to 12:00PM for children birth through 4 years old. Children 5 and older should plan to join their families for appropriate projects as noted in descriptions. To RSVP for childcare at St. Andrew's, email Anita Degnan at [email protected].

COVID 19: If we've learned anything over the past 18 months, its that the Covid protocols are continously changing. Therefore, we will provide the protocol for your specific project 1-2 weeks before the serving date when we send out the project instructions. Here is a general guideline at this time to help you assist in choosing a project:

  • Outside projects will not require masks and will practice physical social distancing as best as possible.
  • Wearing masks indoors will be up to each facility’s current protocol.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at every group project.
  • Please stay home if you are feeling sick.
  • Please choose an at home or family only project if you are not comfortable with the above requirements.

T-SHIRTS: We will be wearing the same shirt from 2020. If you have a Serve Our City shirt from last year, please plan to wear your shirt and do not order another shirt. If you need a shirt, you must sign up before October 25 to guarantee your t-shirt size. If you sign up October 26 or later, we may have extra shirts available but we cannot guarantee we will have the size you want. So, sign up early!!
