Quadrant 5: Central

Thank you for considering joining us for this amazing day of serving our city! We have worked hard to include various organizations and projects to appeal to your unique giftedness! You will note that the tabs at the top of this page give you a way to narrow down your choice of project.

Projects will run at the location listed either from 9:00AM to 11:00AM or 1:00PM to 3:00PM. Each team will serve under a "Team Lead" and you will receive more detailed written instructions 1-2 weeks prior to 11/15.

We encourage you to invite a friend or another family to join you during this Season of Giving!

CHILDCARE:  Childcare is available on the St. Andrew’s and Pantano Christian Church Campuses (BY RESERVATION ONLY) from 8:30AM to 11:30AM for children birth through 4 years old. Children 5 and older should plan to join their families for appropriate projects as noted in descriptions. Please RSVP your children HERE:

COVID 19:  All projects will be adhering to the state's recommended guidelines.

  • Inside projects will require everyone to wear a mask (with notable exceptions for small children, etc.) and practice proper physical distancing.
  • We’ll follow the state’s guidelines for using rooms at 50% or less.
  • Outside projects will not require masks but will need to practice physical social distancing.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at every group project.
  • Please stay home if you are feeling sick.
  • Please choose an at home or family only project if you are not comfortable with the above requirements.

T-SHIRTS:  You must sign up before October 25 to guarantee your t-shirt size. If you sign up October 26 or later, we will have extra shirts available but we cannot guarantee we will have the size you want. So, sign up early!!

Sleep Safe Program

This is an at home sewing project to make modified crib sheets for at risk infants. You will need 100% cotton material and 1/4 inch elastic. Instructions are available above under "Related Files".

12 Days of Thanksgiving food boxes for the isolated elderly

This is a great project for people who want to do something on their own. The project begins on Nov 1 shopping for the items listed (download the attached document). The project ends on Nov 15 when the food boxes are dropped off.

Collecting gently used jackets and new cleaning supplies

We will be collecting gently used jackets, sweatshirts and cleaning supplies for those who are attending the La Frontera mental health clinics in Tucson.

We will be filling large ziploc bags with small hygiene items for the homeless. Please bring ziplocs if you can.
