Lead role for Early Placement Reception, set up for party, host, bus tables, clean up and tear down at end.

Check in Vehicle Exhibitiors, distribute credentials, direct to correct area of field

Exhibitor Shuttle Driver (4)

Lead marques of cars from parking lot staging area, to the field. Must know car marques

Exhibitor check in Captain (3)

Head persons for exhibitor check in. Make sure parking area and lanes are set up correctly, oversee team and address any issues, assure proper tear down of the check in area

Hospitality Captain (2)

Assure team in place at Hospitality pavilions, act as runner for any stock refill needs, provide a break for any needed helpers

Exhibitor Vehicle Check in (18)

Check in Exhibitor vehicles into marque Lanes, scan registrations, distribute Hospitality wrist bands, hand driver packet

Check in volunteers, direct to proper area, redirect staff as needed assist with coffee and lunch for volunteers

Help Volunteer leaders with any needs, run for supplies, deliver volunteers to their positions, get lunch from caterer to volunteer tent

CI Club Morning Captain

Oversee morning shift, assure club set up, linens on tables, helpers in place, bartender in place, assist with check in, gift bag distribution, etc.

CI Club team members (2)

Final morning set up of CI Club, linens on tables, umbrellas in place, chairs wiped down, area kept tidy, scan admission tickets, gift bag distribution. CI Club is VIP pavilion and must be kept nice.

Main Entrance Magazine distribution (2)

Unbox magazines to be given to attendees, break down boxes to keep area clean & organized.

CI Club check in & gift distribution

Check in CI Club members, scan tickets, give overview of what is in CI Club. for Gift Distribution, PUNCH hole in lanyard when distribute VIP gift bag. (CI Club members may pick up gift bag later) Other assistance as directed by Captain.

CI Club Bartender

Bartender for Hosted CI Club bar. MUST BE CA ABC CERTIFIED. CI Club is our VIP guests for a premium experience.

Catering helper (2)

Use flatbed golf cart to assure all catereing areas, lunches and hospitalites have needed supplies, coffee, and deliver Al Fresco lunch to pavilion, and any needs of caterer

Food Court Morning Captain

Assure food court set up, oversee and assist food court team to assure tables are bussed, trash picked up, tables cleaned, linens on tables, and any needs in Food Court

Bartender Food Court

Distribute beverages including adult beverages at food court bar. MUST BE ABC CERTIFIED BY CA STATE.

Food court bar helper

Assist bartender with any needs to supply and keep bar area stocked, tidy and organized.

Food Court Bar Cashier

Collect money and run charge cards for food court bar purchases, soft drinks and adult beverages

Food Court team member (4)

Set up final details at and keep food court area clean, tidy, bus tables, pick up trash, empty garbage cans, meet needs of food trucks,

Trash pick up

Drive flatbed golf cart to pick up garbage throughout the event, change bags in recepticals, put gargage in dumpsters

Bartender - main lounge (2)

MUST BE CA STATE ABC CERTIFIED. Mix cocktails, tend bar, keep tidy and organized, clean up at end of event.

Bartender Helper (2)

Assist Bartender with bar set up, stocking, cleaning, of main bar, bus tables, clean trash, and all needs of bartenders

Main Bar cashier

Collect money for patrons to purchase bar items, charge card machine, cash exchange. Must keep accurate count of items purchased.

Al Fresco Lunch Helpers (5)

Set up pavilion with host sponsor, keep area tidy, bus tables, assist caterer with setting out food,

Al Fresco Bartender

Set up bar to Pour wine at Al Fresco lunch pavilion MUST BE CA STATE ABC CERTIFIED. Confirm 2 beverages per person. tear down bar at end of lunch and return wine to main bar area.

Stage Security (4)

Keep drive area and are in front of stage clear from pedestrians, assure the CI Club is not accessed, Need to prevent anyone from sitting in front of hedges in front of CI Club at stage, and keep vehicle drive area clear.

Stage assistant

Help the Emcees and clients at Stage with trophy distribution, and any needs they have at stage.

Lead person to check in all volunteers, help with coffee, lunch etc. for volunteers, direct to proper area, answer questions

Transporter & Exhibit exit area (3)

Direct transport trucks to correct area in parking lot to pick up exhibitor vehicles, direct exiting cars to proper exit area, pick up parking lot of any stray debris, trash etc.

Event Clean up (10)

Pick up linens from field, pick up garbage, and remove any debris, trash etc. to make filed clean after event.

End of Day tear down (8)

Stack chairs, break down tables, and any furniture so rental company may pick items up at end of event. Assure all linens are collected,

Clean up detail (8)

At end of event, form a team with trash bags to scour event grounds to be sure ALL small trash is picked up, from gum wrappers to water bottles or any items that are NOT golf course grass. Form lines across each fairway to scour all of the event to clean
