St. Timothy Parish
Entertainment at St. Timothy's International Festival showcases cultures from around the world. All performances should be identifiable with a cultural group including costume, props and performances. Please remember that we are a Catholic community. Costumes, lyrics and performances should be respectful and appropriate for our family audience. Organizers reserve the right to deny participation.
The day is divided into 20 minute segments. Because of the large number of groups that would like to perform, we must limit each group to one 15-minute performance. Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can stay on schedule. Report to Room 6 in the preschool wing of the school. Your performers can dress in that room. If you are not ready at the time of your scheduled performance, we may put on a performance that is ready and you will NOT be able to reschedule. There can be no exceptions.
We do not have facilities for rehearsals the day of the festival, but you can schedule a time to rehearse on the stage on Friday, October 19 between 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. on www.signupgenius.com/go/30e054fa8a62aa13-international3 No one will be allowed on the stage except the designated performers at the allotted times. Sound/equipment checks must be done during the rehearsal time on Friday or during the allotted time for your performance.
Please use the form below to let us know what time you would like your group to perform, what type of entertainment you will provide (dance, music, vocal, etc.), and what equipment you will need. To the best of our ability we will supply equipment. Requests for equipment must be submitted by October 10.
Thank you for your cooperation.
