We are back to indoor worship. We would love to see you in the pews. Please sign up for a spot on Sunday morning. While we are no longer limited to the number of people that can attend we will require sign ups for contact tracing purposes. See below for further information.
Please note that each member of your household must be signed up.
If you are in need of a Gluten Free Wafter please make an attempt to indicate that in the comment field of your sign up. Altar Guild plans to identify the gluten free wafers by placing them in red cups at the altar.
Diocesan Covid protocols are changing frequently. Please consider your safety (indlucing your vaccination status as well as any pre-existing conditions you might have) before you attend services.
There will be reserved seating for those who are unvaccinated or for those who would feel more comfortable having some space between themselves and their neighbors.
FACE MASKS Wearing of face masks covering nose and mouth is normative for all persons over the age of 2. Those who are fully vaccinated are generally exempt from this requirement, except when singing.
CHILDREN: Children of all ages are always welcome to attend all worship services. Remember that children under the age of 12 are currently ineligible for the vaccination. Therefore, if there are children present, we should all be wearing face masks covering nose and mouth for their protection.
Nursery: The Nursery will reopen on Sunday June 20th for children through the age of four. Nursery workers and volunteers wijll be fully vaccinated, and the nursery will be kept as clean as we can make it. However,, please be aware that no public gathering is completely safe, and the inability of infants to wear masks or be vaccinated can increase the potentional risk of infection.
Unmasked Participants: Preachers, lay readers, leaders of Prayers of the People, and announcement leaders may be unmasked as they speak if they are fully vaccinated and maintain at least 15 feet distance between themselves and members of the congregation. The Celebrant will remian masked at all times when the communion elements might be exposed to bossible aerosol transmission.
Singing: Members of the congregation who have completed their vaccinations, and are two weeks out from final vaccination, and who are wearing appropriate masks covering both nose and mouth are invited to join in the singing of hymns and service music. Others are kindly requested to refrain from singing.
This service will include unmasked participants and congregational singing with masks on which can elecate the possibility of Covid-19 transmission. If you are not fully vaccinated you are at a higher susceptibility of contracting Covid-19. Please weigh yoru risk accordingly before deciding whether to participate.
Please sign up to attend by Fridays at noon if at all possible.
If you have any trouble with the sign up please contact the church office. 704-399-5193.
