Members need to complete 4 work hours during the season. If jobs are full, and/or there are not any left that you feel you are capable of completing, please contact our Maintenance Director, as new job opportunities come up during the season. There will be an end of the season work party to complete the rest of your hours after the 2022 season ends, date TBD. For all jobs, please make sure to sign your time in and out with the QR code. Supplies can be found in the shed (combo 0197). Questions related to these jobs should be directed to our Maintenance Director at [email protected] Descriptions of jobs are as follows:
Taking out garbage/recycling: All garbage and recycling cans are to be emptied into their corresponding receptacles and prepared for Waste Management for pick-up on Sundays. Bags should be replaced. (1 hour weekly)
Property maintenance: Clearing ivy, trimming low growing bushes, and leaf collecting behind metal gates around property and bringing to green bins. Don't forget about bushes in parking lot and party area! Make sure to keep our property looking clean. Some tools are available in the shed, we suggest you bring your own tools. 0197 opens gate. (1 hour weekly)
Dusting cobwebs inside and outside bathrooms and wiping down the front gate: There is an abundance of cobwebs on our property, and we feel we can control the situation by dusting the cobwebs once per week to keep everything under control. We also want to keep our front gate sanitized. (30 minutes weekly)
Cleaning trash around property: Walk perimeter of property and clean up trash that comes over from park (30 minutes weekly)
Sweep pool deck and throw debris away: (30 minutes twice weekly)
Deep cleaning of both bathrooms: Make sure to keep our property looking clean. (1 hour weekly)
Clean and wipe down tables on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays around the grounds, including the BBQ area. Please clean thoroughly with cleaning solutions or wipes. (1 hour)
