Three slots need to be filled on each bingo night. One "Counter" that will need to be trained on responsibilities and two "Runners", see below.
Bingo Runner Responsibilities

Arrive at the Lions Club Bingo Hall at 610 Dundas Street East at 5:45 P.M.

Walk around the hall and answer call out the bingo numbers on the bingo card when a bingo is called then go to the counter, get the prize and give it to the winner.

Purchase bingo cards for players as requested.

Collect empty beverage cans and garbage as noticed.

End of bingo clean-up including collecting recycling bins and bingo cards and washing tables

9:30-9:45 your night is finished.
COVID-19 UPDATE FOR VOLUNTEERS - READ AND BE AWARE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Masks must be worn when entering the Bingo Hall, when moving throughout the Bingo Hall, and when approaching a customer to provide assistance or call back a bingo, i.e. at any time when physical distancing cannot be maintained
- When calling back a bingo it may be necessary to approach the caller in order to be clearly heard by the caller given the requirement to wear a mask
- Masks may be removed when eating or for legitimate medical reasons where a mask cannot be worn for extended periods if seated and able to maintain physical distancing, this does not include the aforementioned situations where a mask MUST be worn – if unable to abide by this requirement for any reason please return to bingo when able
- Any assistance you are able to provide with respect to occasional wiping of touch points and cleaning tables / chairs at the end of your bingo session is appreciated but not required
