Events
Please sign up only for the games/events you know you will be available to attend for sure. If your situation changes closer to the event date, and if you let us know ASAP by email, text, or a phone call, we can always work with you.
Members: To sign up, just check the sign up box under each date you are available for. Then hit submit, one time only please. It will then bring up a page of all the games you selected. This is where you can change the "quantity" of people if you have friends/family signing up to work with you also and gives you the spot to add their names. DO NOT ADD YOUR NAME AND THEN GO AND SIGN UP AGAIN TO ADD ANOTHER NAME IF YOUR USING THE SAME ACCOUNT. That just creates a double sign up and shows your name twice under same game.
Please only add your name if your spouse/husband has own account and is going to sign up separately under their name. Otherwise, please add friends/family members who are also available under the section marked comment.
Orientation is required for all new members who have not yet attended an orientation. Training begins in July and will be posted as we get confirmed dates.
RETURNING MEMBERS ONLY NEED THE ANNUAL VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT FORM AND THE NEW PCI Compliance waiver.
Dress Code: The Volunteer uniform consists of solid black pants, a plain under
shirt, and closed toe, closed heel, certified slip resistant solid black shoes. Long
hair must be pulled back and tied. No unauthorized buttons, pins, “flare” of any
type, excessive jewelry or makeup will be allowed. Any uniform items provided to
the Volunteer are to be returned at the end of each event. The cost of any missing
items may be deducted from the contribution due to the volunteer. CCC will
provide a shirt, apron and name tag for each volunteer. Stadium Credential
replacements due to loss will be deducted from volunteer accounts at $5.00 each.
Food Handlers Certificates are required.
Minors are able to work at this venue: 16yrs and up. Please let us know if the person you are signing up is a minor, different paperwork and positions are limited for these volunteers. A parent/guardian must be at orientation to sign paperwork and be at any event the minor participates in.
CHECK IN TIMES:
Times listed are event start times and check in times usually are based off position and when gates open. Gates are generally 1 1/2 hours prior to event start time.
Stand Manager 2.5 hours before gates open, Cooks and Head Cashiers 2 hours before gates open, Cashiers 1.5 hours before gates open, Stand Attendants at least 1 hour before gates open.
***In the comment section, if you would like to volunteer but cannot get to the event until a certain time, please enter that into the comment section. Depending on the situation, we may or may not be able to work with the time. Unless it has been approved, volunteers are expected to be able to arrive on time according to the check in times.
