Georgetown Saturday Suppers

Please sign up to provide food and volunteer to assist at the Georgetown Saturday Suppers, at Mount Zion United Methodist Church, 1334 29th Street NW (29th and Dumbarton), on any of the dates listed, from approximately 4:00 - 6:15 p.m.

You do not need to volunteer at the supper. If necessary you can just prepare the food and drop it off at Mount Zion UMC between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. We can also arrange for someone to pick up the food if you are not able to drop it off at the church.

Please select one or more food items you would like to prepare. Items do not have to be exactly as listed.  If you want to prepare something different (e.g. chili instead of beef casserole) please indicate this in the comments column.  If you can please select at least two or more slots. Food must be thoroughly cooked before it is brought to the church, and preferably still hot. We are not permitted to cook food on site.

If you would like to bring a family member or a friend to volunteer who will not be bringing food, please send Pat Davies an email at [email protected], to advise the name of the person. The number of volunteers is limited and we need to know who will attend so that we can manage the number of volunteers, and assign a task in advance.
