Be The Church Day

"I am the vine: you are the branches." John 15:5a

"Life's most urgent question is: What are you doing for others?" Martin Luther King, Jr.

On January 20th, 2019 our church family will have the opportunity to be the branches of Christ as we bear fruit through service on Be the Church Day. This coincides with Martin Luther King Day of Service January, 21st.

Worship will end at 10:30, we will gather in Fellowship Hall for a prayer then get right to work on our various service projects listed below.

Three of the four projects will take place right in our building. One project is at the Alexandria Park horse barn. In addition, Pastor Nick and some helpers will be sharing communion with some of our senior members in their homes.

Please prayerfully consider where your talents and time can best be used then add your name next to the project you feel called to help with.
