12th Annual Cabin Fever Cornhole Tournament
It is time for our 12th Annual Cabin Fever Cornhole Tournament! This year's tournament will take place on Saturday, May 15, 2021. Thank-you for considering being a volunteer at this year's event. Our goal is to raise over $14,000 from this year's event and we simply couldn't do it without an incredible team of volunteers.
Proceeds from the Cabin Fever Cornhole Tournament supports our SH & JH Summer Serve Local Experiences. Everyone must either be participating in the tournament or volunteering to work a shift. Here are some reminders for all volunteers signing up to help at this year's tournament:
1. Please sign-up for more than one shift if you plan to be there longer.
2. There is no certainty to exactly what you will be doing, we appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
3. On Saturday when you arrive for your shift please stop at the registration table in the Gathering Space for more directions.
4. All volunteers will be provided complimentary pizza and beverages.
5. Volunteer t-shirts are available for $10 each. You must have your money and shirt size to Nate by May 1, 2021.
6. There will be a brief training for our GAME WARDENS on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 8AM IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM. It is extremely important that all Game Wardens are in attendance for this training.
We are also looking for donations of the following for our concession stand: cans of pop (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mt. Dew, Dr. Pepper, Root Beer), Bottled Water, Bottled Gatorade, bags of chips, hot dogs, hamburger buns, hot dog buns and baked goods. If you would like to donate some of these items you can also that do that on a separate sign-up genius page. All donations must be received by Thursday, May 13, 2021.
