Dance Company Auditions 2022~2023

This is the sign up to audition for the Mt Zion Performing Arts Dance Company 2022~2023.  If accepted, you will be required to enroll in one or two technique classes in addition to the Dance Company Routine which you will be participating in.  Dance Camp which will be held July 19th through July 22nd is mandatory for all Company members. There are also mandatory conditioning classes during the month of August along with Choreography workshops August 29th through September 16th.  

Auditions will take place the week of June 20th (registration and payment required). Audition choreography along with the audition application will be eMailed no later than June 3rd.   All students interested in auditioning must sign up no later than May 31, 2022.  Students should bring their audition application with a picture along with their payment to their first audition session ($50 per student).  All auditions will take place at Mt. Zion Performing Arts, 4900 Maybee Rd, Clarkston Michigan 48348 (phone 248.393.1407). 

Our Company routines are based on age groups as follows:

1. Jr Co:  ages 7 thru 10
2. Sr Co:  ages 10 (as of Nov 1st of the current year) thru 13
3. Master Co:  ages 13 (as of Nov 1st of the current year) and older
4. Elite Co:  ages 13 (as of Nov 1st of the current year) and older but all Elite members will be selected through the Interview process.
