Feed My Starving Children
This Sign Up is for Certified Volunteers to register for the Five Million Meals in Woodbury MN.
What is a Certified Volunteer?
A Certified Volunteer will be responsible for assisting Feed My Starving Children staff with creating a seamless packing experience for volunteers who are participating in the event. Certified Volunteers are especially helpful at larger events where there would not be enough FMSC staff members to ensure all volunteers are taken care of and meals are packed efficiently, while upholding FMSC’s policies and procedures.
During both the training and the volunteer shift, please wear comfortable clothing and closed toed shoes. Certified Volunteers do some of the following tasks:
- Wrap and strap pallets
- Distribute ingredients
- Help at box making stations
- Troubleshoot at the stations
Please note: Certified Volunteers must attend a 1.5 hour training session separate from the volunteer shift.
Thursday September 27 6:30-8:30 PM at Eagan Warehouse 990 Lone Oak Rd suite 136 Eagan, MN
Wednesday October 3rd 9-11 AM or 4-6 PM at the Health East Sports Center 4125 Radio Dr, Woodbury MN
