Set Up Team (Ages 12+) (5)

Help set up at 8am (can work this in addition to another team)

Backpack Team (Ages 6+) (20)

Work backpack form station, run backpacks out to cars, and help keep supplies organized in gym

Greeter Team (Ages 12+) (9)

Hold up welcome signs, direct guests around the property, take food and water to volunteers, & give volunteers breaks

Prayer Team (Ages 16+) (10)

Pray with Families over their kids' upcoming school year (Training Provided)

Drive Thru Team (Ages 12+) (10)

Help direct traffic & the car line

Childcare (Ages 12+) (6)

Providing childcare for volunteers' children (Ages 0-5yrs.)

Registration Team (Ages 6+) (8)

Help cars with online registration, give registration bags out to cars

Concessions Team (Ages 6+) (12)

Take orders & Bag donuts, pigs in a blanket, & juice, and run out to cars

Photography & Video Team (Ages 12+) (2)

Take photographs and video of the event

Tear Down Team (Ages 12+) (5)

Help tear down at 12pm (can work this in addition to another team)

Safety Team (Ages 18+) (3)

Walk grounds to make sure everyone is remaining safe

Health Providers Team (Ages 12+) (12)

Help with parking and lines at health providers, help assist providers

Haircut Team (Ages 12+) (2)

Hand out haircut vouchers and assist with making appointments
