Echo Hill Elementary PTO
Hello, Echo Hill Families! It seems hard to believe, but Spring Conferences are just around the corner! To thank our amazing EH Staff for all of their extra time and effort over the next few weeks, we will again be providing them with a variety of Grab 'n Go style snacks and drinks on both March 4th and 9th. We've created this SignUp for families who wish to donate snacks and/or drinks for this event. In addition to the list below, the PTO will be providing fresh fruit, yogurt, baby carrots, veggie dip, hummus, and other chilled/fresh snack items. Due to current Covid restrictions, we are kindly asking that all food items be individually wrapped/packaged.
You may also use this SignUp to make a monetary donation. After signing up, you can visit the Echo Hill PTO website to submit your donation via PayPal. These funds will be used to help us purchase and provide all of the fresh/cold items. If there are leftover funds, we will use them to provide for the staff during Teacher Appreciation Week!
For this event we are requesting that families drop off their donations at one of three locations* (EH Family Homes). This makes things a lot easier on our front office folks, as volunteers are not allowed into the building to help organize donations. You can begin dropping off items as early as today, and we will continue to collect through Monday, March 1st. If it would be easier for you to have someone on the Hospitality Committee come and pick up your donation, we would be happy to do so. Please contact us to make arrangements.
