Parents will need to sign up for one of the available time slots below to pick up their child's device. This is for all 6th grade students and those 7th/8th graders that are new to Avalon. We are asking that one parent accomanies their child for device pick up. Parents and students will be required to wear a mask at all times. We also encourage you to bring your own pen to device distribution as there will be additional forms that need to be completed. Student ID numbers are needed in order to check out a device.
A Parent Technology Media Information Consent Form (PTMICF) must be completed prior to arriving. The PTMICF provides parents/guardians the opportunity to:
- acknowledge acceptable and responsible uses of student technology,
- give consent for the district to use your student's photo and/or video and,
- give consent for the release of student directory information.
