Course Crew Early AM/Set Up (7)
Arrive early to help set the course and work the hours before race time. Instructions will be given by the lead course crew. You need to be on skis.
Meet and Greet (2)
This is an early morning outside position. You will be welcoming racers and their families. It is important to tell people where to put their skis, get lift tickets and where to put their belongings.
This is an early morning position getting the race teams signed in, checking waivers, taking payments and setting up the scoreboards.

Runner on Skis
This is an all day inside/outside position. You will need to be on skis/snowboard to ride the lists and deliver documents around the hill and to the timing shack.
This is an all day position, mostly inside. You are the go to person for all questions from volunteers and participants. Previous race volunteering is helpful but not required. Training is provided.
Announce racer names and times over the loud speaker during the race as well as any commentary needed to keep spectators up to date.
Previous experience needed and certification needed.
Finish Ref (2)
Expereince preferred though training can be provided.
Help with getting the athletes ready and in the gate. A good way to learn the Starter position.
Course Crew (10)
Work with lead course crew to maintain the race area during both boys and girls races.
This position is assigned by Matt. If you are interested please talk with him.
This is an outside position. You will watch racers as they move through the gates looking for clean finishes as well as faults. You will be trained in the morning for the task.
Hand Timer/Start (2)
This is a very important position. You will be the backup to the electronic timing system. This is an outsde job at the top of the course. It is a long walk to the top of the run so it is easier to be on skis/snowboard and ride the lift.
Hand Timer/Finish (2)
Thi is a very important position. You wil be the back up for the electronic timing system. This is an outside position. You can wlak up to the finish and donot need to be on skis.
This position is outside at the bottom of the race course to record the times of all racers.
This position helps in the timing shack to record all race times for athletes.
Lunch Distribution (2)
This position distributes lunches to volunteers on the hill and in the lodges. You will need to be able to ride the lift and ski with a box in your hands.
Awards Set Up (2)
Organize ribbons and medals after the first race through the end of the second race. Set up podium and help hand out awards. Put podium away.
Bib Pick Up/End of Last Run (2)
Work with a partner to remove all the bibs from racers as they finish the last race of the day. You will need to be at the finish line for both boys and girls races.
Post Event Clean Up (2)
You will need to be available to help clean up trash from the lodge and pick up lost and found. You may need to help move netting and gates to the race shack.
