Pietra Fitness - STA
Pietra Fitness is a way to stay physically fit while answering the call of St. Paul to pray unceasingly. We simply offer our exercise in prayer to God.
St. Benedict believed all labor can be prayer if we are mindful of God: "Ora et Labora" - Prayer and work. Combining prayer and exercise/work is timeless. It helps us to "redeem the time" as St. Paul exhorts us to do in Ephesians 5:16... and it feels fantastic.
Please join us for Pietra Fitness at St. Thomas Aquinas this October. We will be meeting in the Parish Hall - Check the Sign Up for Class days and times. Reserve your spot - Space is limited to 20 participants per class. This class is designed for women only.
The donation, made in justice, for classes is: $50 - Checks made to St. Thomas Aquinas and is due on the first day of classes. Please bring an exercise mat, water and a workout towel with you to class.
